Fundamental Professional Competence Standards
Prior to graduation, all students must:
• prove competence in the 5 Basic Core Competencies (Service-Learning, Information Technology, Sports, English and Chinese), and
• demonstrate competence in the areas delineated in the Enforcement Rules for Business Administration Department Professional Competencies Requirements. Or please be informed that the following information.

Ming Chuan University Enforcement Rules for Business Administration Department Professional Competencies Requirements
- 本系為提昇學生升學暨就業競爭力，依據「銘傳大學學生畢業資格檢定實施辦法」，訂定「銘傳大學企業管理學系專業基本能力檢定實施細則」 (以下簡稱本細則)。In accordance with the Ming Chuan University Procedures for Proficiency-based Graduation Requirements, these regulations were established to improve students’ competitiveness for their future careers and further studies.
- 九十九學年度起入學之大學部學生，應通過本校所定之「英語能力」、「資訊能力」、「中文能力」及「運動能力」畢業資格檢定標準，及本細則所定「基本能力」之檢定標準，始得畢業。To attain graduation eligibility, undergraduate students admitted in the 2010-11 academic year and beyond must meet the graduation requirements specified in these procedures and the enforcement rules for Service-Learning, English proficiency, Information Technology proficiency, Chinese proficiency and Sports capability, as well as the professional competencies stated in these regulations.

Students are required to meet the professional competencies outlined below during their period of study.

| 生涯規劃能力 Career Planning Ability | 完成出路管理之修課規定且出路管理積分至少達8分，達成出路管理審查。Complete career management in accordance with the regulations to earn at least 8 points for passing career management evaluation.

| 管理研習能力 Management and Study Ability | 通過畢業論文口試並發表於國內外相關學術研討會，或依APA之格式重新撰寫不超過30頁之論文，並通過論文審查。Pass graduation thesis oral test and present publicly in a relevant domestic or overseas academic symposia or pass the thesis evaluation for rewriting a paper of no more than 30 pages using APA format. |

3. 完成出路管理積分至少達6分。Complete career management and earn at least six points
4. 完成敬業態度積分至少達6分。 Complete Professional Dedication Spirit and earn at least six points

- 本學系大學部學生於畢業前未達前條所定專業能力檢定標準者，每項專業能力檢定應加修本系指定專業選修3學分之課程，最多12學分，於該課程達及格標準後，始得畢業。The undergraduate students who fail to meet the above requirements must enroll in and pass at least 3 credits, maximum of 12 credits, of the specified remedial courses set by the department to attain graduation eligibility.
- 通過基本能力檢定標準之學生，應將成績或其他相關證明文件，送交本系經審核通過後，成績以「檢定通過」登錄。Students who meet the graduation requirements for these professional competencies should submit relevant certificates or score reports to the Business Management Department. After completion of these procedures, the students will be verified as meeting the graduation requirements.
- 本細則經系務、院務及教務會議通過後，報請校長核定後實施，修正時亦同。Upon being passed at the Department/School/Academic Affairs Committee Meetings and approved by the president, the enforcement rules were implemented. Any revision must follow the same procedures.
